Market Margin is a margin and pricing calculator intended for farmers market vendors. It is not accounting, tax, inventory, or ERP software, and outputs are estimates. You are responsible for the accuracy of your input data and your final pricing decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for any activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Market Margin to violate any law, infringe any rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Trial usage that does not require payment may be offered at our discretion.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

Market Margin is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee profit, margin, or pricing outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Margin and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
